  I'm incredibly grateful to this bonding company. The man I spoke with late last night around 10pm...was very kind understanding and helpful. THANK YOU for trusting and helping me sort out solutions for posting bond. My mom paid him from another state and he was very helpful to her as well in explaining things as both she and I were new to this process. There are no words worthy enough for my appreciation for the employee who came through for me. I tried 3 other companies who hung up on me or declined me bc I didn't know what i was doing or what i needed to do. I didn't know the guidelines and I couldn't reach anyone from the outside but he helped reach my mom instead of hanging up on me like the other bonding companies did. He talked with me to figure out how to make it work. And we did it! If you want to feel like you've got a friend, in your corner, this is one who wasnt annoyed with me, but genuinely interested in helping me. I even called today, just to thank him again and I had a question. I didn't reach the same employee, but the man I spoke with this afternoon was also nice and professional. I'm beyond grateful!!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!

  Took money for kevin sharber to be bonded out , wasnt bonded out took the payment and refused to refund because he had a hold in walker. Bad business always make sure someone has a hold in a different state especially when a bond wasnt needed and not accept money but cant refund the money.

  If I could rate zero stars I would, I paid this company $500 to bond my brother out of jail not knowing another company was also paid to make the same bond and turns out he had a hold on him so the bond could not be made and I asked for a refund and they just kept my money. (the other bond company was awesome and refunded the other guy, with that being said I highly recommend Tennessee bonding company!)
