  Opened up a credit card with them & they closed my account 3 months later after I paid the full balance of the card ($415) & refused to send them a bank statement from the account I used to prove ownership & authorization to use said account because it’s a “higher than normal payment amount” that could be considered fraud. They are not entitled to my personal or business bank accounts in order to keep a credit card account active. Customer service was quite rude on the mandate if I don’t comply with their request. That in itself sounds like a scam!

  Terrible customer service, “policies” change based on who you are or who you’re dealing with, probably the worst bank in Sioux Falls to bank with. I honestly don’t bank here and never would after everything everyone has been telling me about them. Just posting to help look out for everyone else so they don’t have the same issues!

  This has been by far the WORST banking experience in our entire lives! (We had done business with this institution for approximately 15 years. Within the last 5 years we moved, changed branch locations and started having issues.) Ths has caused great financial hardship and extreme inconvenience for our entire family. If we could leave a negative number of stars rating, it would be the lowest number possible! The teller staff, their manager, and the bank president have all shared our individual account and finance information with individuals who were unauthorized to attain that information. They have made accusations without disclosure of any proof which would be cause for a defamation lawsuit against them. They looked into our account activity for reasons outside of business necessity and simply for their personal interest and benefit. They are underhanded and unethical in their actions resulting in our personal, private, confidential information being compromised. Please take EXTREME caution if you decide to have any interactions with this financial institution, as it could result in dire consequences!
