- KJKatie JulianDec 2, 20191.0Was told certain things would happen with my account and then other things happened which caused me to get feed. The didn't correct their mistake on the misinformation they gave me.
- BBBritany BethkeSep 19, 20161.0I am closing my account at this bank. I was one of a group of people who fell for a scam and this caused my bank account to go considerably overdraft. Instead of being understanding and helpful this bank told me that I should have seen the signs and was very rude. I had my job request that my paycheck be stopped from going into that account as I am a single mother and that is my bill money but when I was told by the bank that yes it had been returned now they are telling me that their collections department denied my request and kept my whole paycheck. I had even opened another account with them and agreeded to have payments taken out of new account and put into old one. But after all this they can send it to collections because why should i help them after how they treated me!!!!
