    They learn your name. And you can get to know them pretty well. Kind of like a HomeTown Bank but in the big city

    Scarlet was great to work with! On top of offering me the best mortgage terms, she was razor sharp and on top of everything every step of the way. She is a great communicator, and she responded quickly whenever I had questions. She even found a way to save me a couple thousand dollars with a "Home Ready" discount, and with this home being at the very top of my budget, this might have been the difference!

    No way to access any actual person after business hours, at least not that I can find. My wife was locked out after her app and I can't even access my account on my phone or my computer. Worst is I have to wait until tomorrow to talk to a person and can't make any transactions because I can't even see my balance.
