  It's a little hazardous just trying to get into their lot. First, if you're not in the same street already, you'll be doing a little lol around it. The side street going onto st.joseph has the crosswalk set far in, vehicles can and do street parking and you can't see around them on that curved road (on a somewhat busier 3 lane one way road), the entrance is half a block away on your left. This splits between window, 2 tubes, and an atm. After that, a run down bumpy and pothole-y mini alley is your exit. Only one vehicle at a time will fit, you have to guess between right and coming out next to a fire house with the exit immediately before a stop light on a main road OR going left and hoping the entire torn up strut destroying alley doesn't end up with another vehicle trying to come in the opposite end so you can exit into the road you turned prior to coming here.

  Banked here, was charged 35 a day for overdrafts. Then came in to cash a personal check and was lied to about multiple things. The disrespectful nature of these people ceases to amaze me

  unfortunately i can't go negative stars. Where to start, 1. did an auto loan through them, they could only loan the trade in value of the vehicle (EVERY BANK AND CREDIT UNION I'VE TALKED TO SINCE THEN WILL LOAN FULL VALUE). 2. When hail totaled out our vehicle it took 5 weeks to get payoff amount. 5 weeks and that was me calling, after calling for 5 weeks and leaving voicemail atleast 1 per day I HAVE HAD ENOUGH. It took the insurance company and me being on the phone with them to get the total, BUT THAT WAS 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE FROM GREATWESTERN, 2 HOURS OF BEING ON THE PHONE DURING A NORMAL BUSINESS DAY. needless to say with how much they yanked me around i will not be doing any business with them anymore. The only thing that stopped me from going to their office and closing my accounts that day was the fact their lobbies are all closed. MOST WORTHLESS BANK EVER AND THAT INCLUDES WELLS FARGO BEING BETTER THEN THESE CROOKS.

  The franchise has great hours and many locations. I work all over the US and have never been disappointed with their services. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is their retirement solutions aren't that good.
