- SHSarah H.3 days ago5.0Been going to this branch since it was Great Western Bank. The bank itself has obviously changed to F.I. Bank now. Most of the same staff had rolled over into F.I. Bank during the transition. The staff has always been really nice to me. My favorite teller is Rebecca. She always has a smile on her face, calls me by name, is down to earth, kind, courteous, smart, quick as a whip and knows her stuff;) I know I can always rely on Rebecca. She has excellent customer service skills. When I stand in line at the bank, I am always hoping that Rebecca will be the teller that serves me. I look forward to seeing her and having her help me with my financial needs. Rebecca understands customer service well and knows the rule of thumb👍🏻in customer service; and that is, "the customer is always right even when they're not!" (haha)😆👏🏻

Melanie is a manager who goes back on her word. Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch and avoid great Western bank all together
