I have had many opportunities to work with the staff with my financial needs. The staff, has met all my financal needs with the highest rating that I give them . Beyond the finance they are cordial and thoughtful. I highly recommend this branch to anyone who needs a bank and that has a staff that put customers 1st. This branch has an ATM machine and I use it frequently . Customer service is #1, financial help is #1,.and a neighbor hood bank is #1..

Cindy is the best teller I’ve met, at this point I consider her a good friend, she talks to customers like a human being, she cares and she listens.. I’d give her 10 stars. Shoutout to Cindy!! I’d highly suggest using the Surfside branch.
- GRGeorge RollinsApr 23, 20265.0I’ve banked at Carolina Trust for decades. I started with the bank when I lived in Johnsonville, SC, one of its first banks. I’ve banked at the Lake City, SC branch. I moved to Surfside Beach and began using the branch here. Surfside’s branch is my favorite because of their wonderful teller, Cindy. She is fast, efficient and just makes me feel like family. Carolina Trust has always put a premium on good tellers and Cindy is by far the best teller I’ve done business with. I hope she chooses to stay there.
