I went to that Bacons Bridge Branch in Summerville SC for the third time that my Debit card had been Compromised/ Fraud to get a NEW Card. My Employee was Jewel, I told her my issue and got so rude telling that I could take my Money elsewhere?!!! She abruptly got out of her chair and left. Next thing I know, her Supervisor was in the room staring at me! No introduction of who she was??? JEWEL obviously could NOT help me!!! Her Supervisor finished getting me a New card and I left! Jewel has extremely RUDE and Apparently could NOT help me!!! Stay Away from this Bank!!! I will take my money out of this Bank!!! Stay Away!!!

I must say the service was great. Within 10 minutes of walking in, I was able to visit with the customer service person. Alexis was knowledgeable, friendly and recommended several options on a new checking account that I opened. I am very pleased with the service and quick set up that I received. I look forward to a long relationship with SouthState Bank.
