  If I could give a zero I would. We've been with bank since moving here 8 years ago. Yesterday without ANY communication, my husband's business account was missing 10k. An alleged bank error happened last November, when he deposited multiple checks. Apparently they were overwhelmed by it and added a zero to a check. We understand mistakes happened however how they handled it. Absolutely unacceptable! When my husband went down there to talk to the manager, stating a mistake like this could have destroyed our small business. Cameron the manager laughed in his face... Laughed. Laughed at the fact that 6 families could have lost their job, in this economy. Laughed at the fact that a small local business, who has supported this community for the last 6 years by doing various charity work, helping those in need and I can go on. However this woman laughed at the fact this could have destroyed our company and then continued to blame us for not catching the mistake that THEY made. Again we understand mistakes happen . But just going in taking 10k without ANY communication, without any THOUGHT of the people behind the account. We're absolutely done with this bank and how they treat their customers. Very disappointed in this local branch for treating us the way they did.

  This bank is either crooked or incompetent. Most of the staff are very nice, however their assistant manager Cameron is unprofessional and rude. She laughed at me when I told her that the alleged $10,000.00 mistake made by their office would hurt my small business. This kind of mistake is unacceptable and to be laughed at is even worse. I highly recommend staying away from this company!

  Sheana Lightner not only did she resolve my issue but also setup a time for the following day to check on my account to make sure there were no further issues, She carried a smile and made me like I was in good hands. Highly recommend this branch let alone I highly recommend Sheana Lightner.

  Walked in bank today so that I could cash my 2 checks that were issued from education affiliates and PNC was bank name on check. I was told that they would have to call to verify that the checks were not fraudulent and I can understand that. I was then asked if I actually went to the school that was written on the checks. I responded, yes I actually went to the school on the check and I graduated as a RN from there. I later thought about why was I questioned if I went to this school and what does this have to do with me cashing in a check. Do others also get questioned and interrogated when cashing their checks? This is typical profiling and discrimination at it's finest. Thanks PNC Bank always a pleasure doing business.
