  My bf reported fraud on his account, they said they’d look into it but did nothing. We reported again and without notice, they locked his account. So he went in person to figure this out and decided to close out his account, but they wouldn’t give him his money. Then without notifying me, they closed our joint account (which was opened in my name) and said they’d write my bf a check for the money, not me. The account went to $0 by EOD, but four weeks later we still haven’t received the money, had restitution for the fraud, or heard from them at all. I’m bringing legal action against this branch and will never recommend this bank.

  I have been with this bank for what seems like FOREVER! Deposited multiple checks on the app, called 3 days later and they said they will take a week to clear. If you are trying to go to the Ridgeland South Carolina branch just DON’T!!!!

  Every time I go there I feel discrimination by those people working in there, how they refer to me just because am Hispanic so many times they make me angry by the way I get treated 😡

  Tellers at the drive through have made errors multiple times. They don't greet you and when I told them twice that I was cashing the check they deposited the checks instead and then I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to correct the transaction. They have limited hours and you can not transact bank business efficiently.

  They are helpful with your accounts. I am informed with my bank card being over used making sure it is in my possession
