- PGPhil GallianoApr 16, 20261.0Disgraceful service! Had my taxes done at a local North Myrtle Beach, SC TurboTax office. The tax return process was ok, but Jacqueline made an error and forgot to deduct the $800 in SC taxes that I paid. I gave her this info and, in her last written chat she asked if I paid SC taxes. I said yes...$800. So I made a new payment to the state and noticed I had a credit instead of owing, and realized she did not deduct the taxes I paid in 2025. I tried to get in touch with her for a month calling 3 different phone numbers but guess what? She ghosted me and never returned my messages! And...after they file your return, the chat disappears and you have no way of getting in touch with them. And...all the local phone numbers are forwarded to California and they can't track her down! And...I even went there in person and the receptionist said she was busy but she would give her a message right away, but guess what? She never called back! And...now after a month of silence, I find that SC deducted the $591 in taxes she said I owed that I never owed in the first place! So now I have all this money tied up as credits with SC Dept of Revenue! Do yourself a favor...find a place that will answer your questions and not abandon you (I also had a question about a corrected 1099 that I just received), or help you. This place is so unprofessional and ignorant and won't even help you when it's their mistake!
