- MHMia HolmesMar 12, 20261.0This is the worst Bank I've ever experienced in my entire life. From the beginning of opening this account it has been a mess. Half of the employees do not know their job. Tried to use my card on several occasions and could not. Proceeded to the branch for a new card. Got to publix and couldn't get my groceries bc the card didn't work. Headed back to the branch. The Teller didn't activate my card.. very inconvenient, Tried to Zelle a family member to purchase a car. I was allowed to send $10 and then nothing else.. I went in the branch to withdrawal the funds. My zelle.is now locked for whatever reason. Been on the phone half of the day and yesterday trying to figure out what the issue is. Long story short the manger lifted the hold off of Zelle. Had to call bac bc I can't get the money sent. I've been treated like I'm a criminal. No suspicious activity on my account. This bank is horrible. I'm at work trying to solve an issue. What a way to stress a customer out. I will close this account and continue with my banks ive had for over 20 years.
