    I have banked with SouthState for years. The customer service between Socastee and Surfside are night and day, Socastee having always just terrible customer service and Surfside is great! I went thru the drive thru in Socastee today and once again terrible customer service which is what prompted me to write this review! I live closer to Socastee than Surfside but often make the further drive to Surfside for this reason!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this bank. The teller at the front counter was rude and seemed annoyed when helping me. The attitude was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Customer service here needs serious improvement.

    Never a bad experience. These ladies are always so friendly, even through The 'Rona. Always a smile, and a friendly word, even if your not in their "line".

    I went to the drive through on the 22 of September and I deposited $350.00 when I got back home and got my glasses. I noticed that my receipt was made out for $300.00 so I do not know what happened to the other $50.00
