- RARashad AndersonSep 29, 20231.0The ATM onsite is not enabled for cash deposits. I have to drive to the Conway branch to deposits cash when south state bank is closed. I don’t understand the reluctance and procrastination of our Carolina forest branch to add cash deposits to their ATM. I’m thinking of opening a checking account with any other bank in Carolina forest due to them caring enough to modernize. This branch has lost a whole star on their rating solely due to their out of date ATM.

If I ever move to SC I will definitely seek out Pam and the South State Bank location she works at. I truly hope her supervisors and managers know what a wonderful employee they have with her. She honestly deserves accolades for the customer service she provides!
