  Awesome place to have all your accounts. They take very good care of members. Even though we have moved back to MI we keep our account so we when we visit we have a place to use. If I need help with my acct while in MI they a free only a phone call away and able to help. You won't be sorry to move your accts from your current bank to a great Credit Union.

  I have had a great experience with Carolina trust. They were my banking go to when I was at Myrtle Beach, Now that I have moved to St Clairsville Ohio, I had to move on :-( But If i ever return I would go back to Carolina Trust. Thank you.

  Upon entering the building I was greeted with great enthusiasm. The level of professionalism could not be any better. Both tellers were eager to wait on me not only by my good looks . They treat all members with utmost respect. They even laughed at my jokes. Interaction was smooth. My questions were answered immediately. The transaction was flawless If you are not a member of Caroluna Trust Federal Credit union I highly recommend you join. I have been a member since 1988. The experience has always been exceptional.

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union. During my phone call on June 30, 2026, at approximately 11:10 AM, I spoke with an employee named Shilla. After the conversation, she apparently believed she had disconnected the call, but she had not. I clearly heard her making disrespectful and inappropriate comments about me while I was still connected. This behavior is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers. No customer should ever be spoken about in this manner, whether they can hear it or not. I informed her that I had heard everything before ending the call. I expect management to review this incident, provide additional customer service training, and ensure that other customers are treated with the respect they deserve. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this credit union.

  CTFCU is the best! The people are genuinely interested in helping you... not once, no matter the request, the problem, or the question, have I ever felt disrespected or trivialized. CTFCU hires the friendliest staff and I'm not easy to impress. CTFCU impresses me Every Single Time we connect. Thank you CTFCU.
