- ESE SchottleApr 10, 20261.0terrible bank. I have banked with them since the early 80s when they were national city - now all they care about is collecting service fees and selling new credit cards. You would think that after closing my business account and telling them why, they might have tried to improve their service. Nope.

I no longer have an actual bank in my town nor do I have a full service atm. I have to drive 30 miles to get to a real live bank and and a full service atm. Going to have to switch banks.

This is such a great convenience. We have been with PNC for almost 10 years now and their customer service is a huge reason why. Fortunately, I don't have to visit their locations often as their app allows me to do so much from home, but when I do visit, they are truly wonderful to deal with. Thank you Mt Pleasant PNC!
