I absolutely love it here. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind, respectful, and calm. Their customer service is both attentive and informative, and the app is very easy to use as well. I also appreciate how they decorate for the holidays. I’m unsure if they still do this for little kids; but when my friends and I were little, we always enjoyed the bank-themed birthday gifts they gave us, such as the cute navy blue piggy banks and mini calculators, haha. It is incredibly nice to have a local bank, where locals of any age can walk in and receive the attention and care they deserve. Five stars is not enough for how exceptional this bank and their employees are! The exceptional service provided consistently goes above and beyond my expectations as a personal bank account holder and a small business owner. I came into this location with a friend of mine who was going to cash my check for me. I walked up to the teller and spoke with Ann-Marie. Everything was fine at first but she started to question if my check was fake. I understood her telling my friend the risks of cashing my check but she kept going on about if my check was fraudulent the back lash would be in my friend and giving her a look like she was trying to tell her not to do it. I gave Ann-Marie no reason to think my check was fake and it most definitely wasn’t I work very hard for the money I earn. To me this felt like an act of racism and I feel she needs to be disciplined or at least talked to about judging a book by it’s cover.
