The customer help desk had no idea what she was talking about. She then consulted with her manager and still no help. I could not deposit my check or make a payment. The answer I received was to start going to the branch instead of using my mobile. My wife has been with them for almost 50 years and I think I will change since I can't receive help or convenience.

Extremely inconvenient and unhelpful. The process of calling and attempting to talk to a representative is by far the hardest thing. I’ve waited on the phone for over an hour and then got hung up on, for a simple problem. Their ATMs are also very frustrating. I’ll definitely be switching banks soon.
