The answer I received was to start going to the branch instead of using my mobile. My wife has been with them for almost 50 years and I think I will change since I can't receive help or convenience.

I’ve waited on the phone for over an hour and then got hung up on, for a simple problem. Their ATMs are also very frustrating. I’ll definitely be switching banks soon.
