Horrible customer service on more than 10 occasions. Bank just can’t accommodate on anything reasonable, few examples:
1. Went on a trip came back with foreign currency told me it with be a hefty fee and would have to mail off to convert to USD.
2. Wouldn’t budge on making any changes to Zelle limits.
3. Can’t budge on withdrawing more than $1k on atm.
IMO I would go with a better and bigger bank like chase. They clearly don’t pay their staff enough to want to take care of people.
