  Only branch that's in Greenville, SC is located downtown. And you nearly have to drive around for a parking spot and walk all the way to the bank. 😒

  I have been banking with PNC for over a year. Before I go into details of the review, let me clarify this is not for the gentleman at the desk everytime I visit the establishment he’s very polite and helpful! I went in on Monday to withdraw funds and it was 5 people ahead of me, no problem I patiently waited. The lady who was also at the front desk never spoke, never tried to assist or anything. I’m not trying to make this about race but I am going to speak facts about what happened. Yes I was the only black customer at the time. Everyone else went to the counter and handled whatever business needed to be handled and I noticed the entire time I was waiting she was staring at me and just continued to look as though she was monitoring me. When it was finally my turn to go to the gentleman he proceeded to help me and all of a sudden she had time to come lean over the counter and watch his screen during my whole transaction. Remind you the young lady in front of me withdrew the same amount I withdrew but it was only “monitored” when I did it? I felt so targeted and honestly hate it had to come to this point but I will be looking for another bank! She’s rude and does not need to be at the front without any customer service skills. I decided to go with PNC strictly off of the reps that would come to my job they were the absolute best!!! Had I known it would be different in the actual bank I would have looked elsewhere! Again 5 stars is for the guy who is always at the front desk this review is no reflection of him!

  On street access is available if you can find a space to park, otherwise you hike it from the city parking garage. I do not know if they have a drive through available. I have not found it yet, and the branch doesn't answer the phone (published number, posted on Google) when called, so you can't even ask if there is drive through available. So far, at the Greenville branch I have only used the street depository to conduct business.

  I'm speaking more in terms of the bank as a whole than this particular branch, but the customer service is just terrible in terms of Auto Finance. I have had an open loan with PNC for two years, and I have never encountered a lender that is so difficult to pay. Sometimes it seems they hold my check payments until the late fee cut-off and charge me more. You can't pay online, they charge to pay over the phone, and getting auto draft started is almost impossible, as it takes a very long time to process and if you're past due by a day they won't accept it. I highly discourage using this bank as an Auto lender. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because they DID give me a decent interest rate at the time.
