  This bank started out great. The staff was friendly, although it was nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. They always seemed willing to help, and I even opened a business account with them. Later, I took out a personal loan after my vehicle broke down. I paid off about half of it, but then I was laid off from my job. I reached out to ask about a hardship program, and that’s when everything changed. The customer service I had experienced before disappeared. The employees at the branch, including the red-haired employee and another who handled business accounts, treated me like I was asking for a handout instead of simply requesting assistance. I then contacted customer service to apply for hardship assistance. That experience was just as frustrating. It took four days of phone calls before I reached someone I could understand well enough to complete the process. I submitted my layoff documentation over a month ago, and according to customer service, my application is still “under review.” Meanwhile, my loan continues to accumulate late fees. I originally had five accounts with this bank, but I’ve since closed four of them and moved to another bank that has been much more responsive and supportive. Based on my experience, I would not recommend banking here. When everything is going well, the service seems fine. But when you genuinely need help, don’t expect the same level of care or support.

  The bank itself is great, but the clerks that work there are always so rude and they don’t listen to anything you tell them. They messed my change order up countless times. They are not at all friendly or nice. They’re very stale and poker faced. If they had better attitudes it wouldn’t be so bad having to deal with them on weekly basis.   Today was my first time going inside of this branch. They don't seem to be thrilled to see you. I love the Bank itself though. Great account options, Online Customer service is amazing, as well as an incredible mobile app. I don't intended on going inside this branch again. Unless it's absolutely necessary.
