Extremely slow in the drive through. Been here 100's of times and everytime it's something with these window tellers. And being asked for ID when making a deposit not drawing out any money every single time when my name is already on there.

Sept ‘22- I should’ve ended my account with them when I first opened it. I had just bought a home and mobile deposited my checks to my account so I could pay my mortgage. Instead of ADDING the money to my account they put a hold on it and I had to leave work early to go up to the bank and demand the hold be taken off since I had a MORTGAGE due in 2 hours.
Nov ‘24- Had 2000$ (vacation spending + funds) removed from my bank account while i was in the Bahamas due to teller error. Instead of taking the money from the correct bank users account, they removed it from mine. I arrived in Bahamas on saturday and was told I wouldn’t see my money back until “monday or tuesday” this absolutely ruined my trip & left my friends responsible to cover my costs. No one checked their work & I had no funds for my trip due to this. There’s even a photo copy of the other persons check viewable on MY account which plainly shows this was NOT my check NOR my signature. How could you mess that up?
