  This is actually my first time ever leaving a review for a bank, but I really wanted to recognize Ruth! I absolutely love her positive energy. She is professional, patient, friendly, and always has such a joyful attitude. A few days ago, I went to PNC Bank to get a cashier’s check. Because some information needed to be confirmed, including the recipient’s name, the process took about 10 extra minutes. Ruth never showed the slightest impatience. She waited patiently the entire time and professionally helped me complete everything correctly. Thank you so much, beautiful Ruth, for your kindness, patience, and wonderful service. You truly made my day a happier one! ❤️ PNC is very lucky to have you!

  God help you if have to deal with one of their "bankers". Count a min. one hour of time commitment (waste). Sooo slow!

  Avossoluteky the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Thus all began whane PNC bought BBVs, which was an excellent bank. Upon OnC purchasing BBVA il, I had no access to my accounts mor the auti loan I was provided at 50k. For iver 6 months I was able to access these acckibst and to soend hours each moth to make sure all bills were paid, with PNC sudyafuli sating( which was nothing more than a taught lie) that all this issue would be rectified ina short period of time. I moved to another bank account all automatic payment, with the expecting of the auot loan I had originally obtained through BBVA and then resulting sell of BBBSA to the horrid, ( if I could uo with worse I would). PnC is not a vank but a bank that relies on zero stoner service ,imprinting late fines whether they are correct ir nit and make promising of mailing the title of my car after the loan was paid off 8 months ago. Customer service per after customer service reps ( coutless of times) reassured that my title was being procurated and wouod mailed to me. When I was actionable able to discover where the tile was located ( in Arizona) ( title was never transfered by PNC to thr new state Ioved too which they could of done easily as PNC has office in the mes state I live in. I was fast out lied too. Once I was guve the correct information by state of Arizona MBd and was explicitly told that my bank PNC didn't have to this for me, so instead of PNCbtelling me. They choose to lie for months on end. Now they want to come after me for over due fees etc. I have turned then over not only to National Debt Relief by the the state department that handles these affairs. I cannot stress enough not to choose such a pathetic lying bank that has one puposre...to garner money from you any way possible including straight forward lies. Does any of this remind of previous banks such as Wells Farho opening fake accounts openined or Bank of America and the massive fraud they committed? Go with a local credit union...they are the last bastion of honesty and truth.
