    I don’t normally write reviews but after a rude and disrespectful interaction I just had I checked the reviews and noticed 2 months ago there was a complaint about the same woman I just encountered. No name tag but reddish hair. My boss recently opened an account and asked me to deposit a check however we needed it in quickly so if it was going to take a while I was told to not make the deposit and it would be handled another way. I asked the question and she reviewed everything and asked for my Drivers License. It ended up that it was going to take too long so I said I would not be making the deposit. I did inquire as to why she still needed the copy of my DL and the way she spoke to me was so nasty. She made me feel like I was doing something wrong all while avoiding eye contact and treating me like dirt. I wasn’t complaining and had she been respectful I wouldn’t have thought anything of it. Sounds like she is a problem there. I had been considering switching to this bank but I won’t now and will be encouraging others to avoid. She obviously hasn’t been trained in customer service or just common decency.

    Went there and had a horrible experience there was this lady who wasnt wearing a name tag but she did have reddish hair and she didn't have her name visible to see. I will never do business at this bank again even though the manager i spoke with seemed to get my items returned to me it was overall traumatic. She shouldn't be in a customer service job she clearly cant treat anyone with respect.

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. I wouldn’t recommend banking with this branch of Southstate bank to my worst enemy. Absolutely horrible!
