The greatest branch ever!
Staff greets you by name the minute you walk through the door. Immediately asks how can help, they respect my time and always make sure they find an answer for me. The staff seems so happy to be there and I love the music!

Unbelievably horrible customer service. They told me to sit down, don’t say anything and then, after I ask after 20 mins of waiting, they told me they can’t help me for another hour and a half. So you were gonna let me sit there for 2 hours. Anything of any sophisticated banking this place cannot handle. Deposits and withdrawals are fine. I suggest going to another South State to handle adult mature banking.
