- SSSharpBrothersApr 29, 20261.0I received marketing materials to come in and open a checking account to be rewarded after several months with 200.00. I am a considerate educated elder that treats all people with the respect I would want for me and mine. This manager of the branch pretty much talked to me like I was an idiot and really didn't need or want my business so I calmly deflected and did a complete 180 to get out of there as quickly and politely as I could. How does this female still have a job not to mention be in a position of authority?! The fatigue is real!
- CCCHANNIESep 27, 20231.0I don't know the lady name that helped me since she wasn't wearing a name tag or anything but I felt she was extremely rude and impatient with me when I was trying to figure out my debit card situation. I had to come back twice to let her know my card was saying "not authorized" when I try to purchase something and all she could say was " well your card is activated I don't know what to tell you". I almost walked out but I held my ground but they should really work on their communication skills

I do a weekly withdrawal of a sizeable amount, and she has made it so inconvenient and unpleasant that I have started using farther away locations just to avoid this branch.
