Absolutely terrible customer service. Unkind- rude and just plain unprofessional. I am changing banks AS soon as my direct deposit is in my account- you heard that correctly. They are not giving account holders their direct deposits from Friday- and they have no idea when the “issue” will resolve.

They closed out all my accounts less than 60 of activity. Been with them since they opened in Belton.....they can't explain it or even tried to fix it. Thanks for nothing...I guess this is what happens when we let computers take place of thinking and customers service.
