Older lady inside at the counter in the middle is very rude and unprofessional and not pleasant at all. I mentioned it to another teller and she responded by saying that’s just how she is don’t take it personal. I just avoid this location unless it’s urgent. If I was not accustomed to five star customer service at the other branches I would have closed all my accounts.

Ive been with south state for a while but now i keep getting the run around between the bank and customer service on why I can't get into my account was told my account is pending closure and no one will tell me why but that's okay I'll take my business somewhere else
