- BBBiooneCharlestonApr 18, 20191.0Very poor service. If you own a small business and are in need of a solid growth oriented banking relationship, THIS IS NOT YOUR BANK. We are part of a 100 office franchise. Our growth has been steady as we are routinely the number one rated office in sales nationwide. However, this bank has repeatedly refused deposits, put undue 7 to 10 day holds on checks, and we work with companies like State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Nationwide and most if not all of the biggies. To your Asst. VP, Retail Operations and your Asst Branch Manager, it's just business and truly isn't personal but within the next week or so, you are fired. BTW, Google Reviews will not allow anything less than a 1 star review to post this message. So let me type....YOUR BANK GETS A ONE-HALF STAR.
