If you get a Zelle payment, you’re just sit waiting for hours on end when it post to your account it’s unacceptable if this were a legitimate checking account but it’s not as a holding company for fat cats in a small pond do not bank with this place put your money there great to hold it like a vault, but they will nickel and dime you on every transaction and then as far as their mobile app goes and they don’t even know too cheap to upgrade don’t bank with them if you’re on 9 to 5

I got a check for a company I had started working for it was to buy materials for me to set up my home office and working. I tried to deposit the check they then locked my account claiming the check was fraudulent and the proceeded to close my account. The worst bank I ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

The old grey hair lady that works in the office. Every time we cash a check she ask what it is for! She is very nosy and it was not any of her business! She says any check over six hundred dollars She has a right to know! I deposited a check. She says that the clerks could not cash it. Went outside and ATM gave me the money. She was really rude and insulting to me. She needs to be fired . Do not gets banking account at this south state bank!!!!!!!!!!!!. They are very nosy and ask questions which is not any of there business!!!!!!!!
