  Teller was the only one working. There was at.least one person in a office. No customers except me. Teller lady with a nose ring was on the phone. She.asked the person she was on the.phone with "who.do you think your talking to? Do you know who I am?" and hung up.. Not sure.what that was about and realizing maybe.the Teller was having a bad day I was extremely polite. I asked for help doing a money wire and nose ring lady asked how much. I told her and she said I was to do it on my.phone app. I couldn't get it to go through so I left. Thankfully the manager in New Oxford branch helped me. Yes it was way out of my way. Two weeks later in need to do a much larger money wire that does require going to a branch. After 4 calls to the York branch with no answers I called the New Oxford branch and the manager told me to come the next morning. THANK YOU TO HER AT NEW OXFORD! This review is only for the Kenneth Rd branch in York. After two weeks of thinking on this I will move move four account to Memebers 1st.

  I have been a PNC client with both multiple business and personal accounts for over decades. When PNC closed their extremely busy East York, PA branch, they decided to abandon their valuable clients. In the aftermath, I have had poor customer service experiences at other distant PNC branches. I recently had a transaction withdrawing collected funds in which I was grilled on intended use of the funds which took 1.5 hours while PNC headquarters had to approve the transactions then proceeded to question the validity of my PNC accounts even though I have had an excellent business banking profiles over these years. I had all the proper identification, and had called ahead to the branch manager advising of this transaction. Perplexing and vastly disturbing in how PNC handled themselves as we have always had excellent banking and D&B ratings. Their business acumen in current day is horrific. It is much to my dismay that the bank we have dealt with had use of six figure account funds for decades, now provides extraordinarily poor customer service. I have personally witnessed valuable new clients at bank locations trying to open accounts, turned away due to inadequate and misinformed tellers or customer service employees. PNC, you have lost integrity within valuable communities supported by hard working citizens that had relied upon your support. What a tragic shame.
