This review has nothing to do with this branch itself but the bank in general. I'm very disappointed with the customer service at First National Bank. I called to dispute a charge for services I never received, and instead of helping me file a standard merchant dispute, I was told I'd have to close my card and wait for a new one - all over a $26 charge. This is NOT how disputes for "services not received" are supposed to work. Under federal law (Regulation E for debit cards), banks are required to investigate errors and disputes without forcing customers to close their card unless the card number is actually compromised. My card wasn't compromised themerchant simply didn't deliver the service. No other bank I've ever dealt with requires a card replacement for a legitimate merchant dispute. The representative didn't seem to understand the difference between fraud and a service-not-received claim, and offered no real solution. Customers deserve a bank that follows federal guidelines and provides clear, accurate information instead of creating unnecessary inconvenience.

They charge $10 per over the counter check now... I closed my account that day. Besides other non stop issues with this "bank" . This is the worst of the worst so called banks!

Do not get an account here I have one here trust me not worth it Saturday they open late to close early before 12:00 and the afternoon if you go through drive-thru you will be waiting as if you made a order on a lunch menu currently looking for their replacement

Their overdraft system is absolute robbery. Even if you have money scheduled to come in on the same day if it's not there the minute (literally mintues) before the charge is taken out, you get charged an overdraft fee. Their charges processing process is a wreck and causes more damage and hassle then its worth. Looking for a new bank, I'm tired of it.
