This was such a confusing encounter. At first walking into this lovely looking bank you’re greeted with a smile as a kind young man holds the door asking how he may help then politely offers water as you wait. Heres the confusing part after meeting Deb who’s the exact opposite of the young kind man this lady greets you with a blank stare and unwelcoming demeanor. Then you sit in her office as she try’s to find any excuse to not help you out. What a complete waste of my time.

Greattttttt experience here at PNC Bank. I came in 15 minutes before closing to take out some money and the nice older woman up at front desk with red hair was so nice and polite. It made it quick and easy. Got it done in two minutes. That is great customer service. Fast and easy !!!

Steve D'Adamo, the Branch Manager, was absolutely incredible in helping us close my mother-in-law's accounts today and handle a big hurdle she left us. What he did for our family was nothing short of a miracle during such a difficult time. His kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and guidance made an overwhelming process so much easier to navigate. This bank is horrible The customer service representatives are extremely rude. And refuse to cash checks without harassing and calling your clients. Absolutely horrendous banking.

Second time I attempted to open a business account. The first time they input my EIN number wrong in the system, I was never able to access the account. They did not make it easy. I tried again, it seems they did the same exact thing. Wasted a lot of time, a lot of driving and unfortunately now I have to use a different bank for my business account. Also after attempting to create business account, my personal account magically went negative $138. And I don't even use that card . Customer service was no help, and now I will be closing my personal account. I always liked PNC but this branch is full of unprofessional incompetent employees.
