I needed a credit card verification letter, and after getting countless run arounds and unsatisfactory responses from phone call customer service and other bank branches, Trey took the time to really listen and figure it out. He was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed. Customer service like this makes a big difference. He saved the day and if it wasn’t for him I would’ve not been able to get my mortgage. Highly recommend working with him if you visit this branch.
- JWJ WFeb 26, 20191.0Horrible location! The lead teller is a very rude , grumpy woman whom treats her staff like peasants. It’s disturbing to watch as the Branch Manager seems oblivious. Permanent tellers? Of course not, it’s a revolving door at this location. I’ve seen some very nice tellers come and go, I’m guessing due to management. The lead teller has NO business working with the public. Shame on you PNC!
