- DNDesiree NicholsOct 7, 20261.0First National Bank stole my money!! I went in today to close my account I have had for over 20 years. I just really haven't used it since my husband and I have joint accounts. I got a letter saying it was dormant on october 5th, the letter was dated for september 24th, telling me they would charge my account $10 if I didn't do anything or it remained inactive. I went in today, October 7th and they already took the $10!!? They have closed all their branches near me, except for one that is about twenty minutes away. I called and complained and they are giving it back. They are thieves! This bank is absolutely awful and they has hardly any branches anywhere. Do yourself a favor and get your money away from this bank!

Changing banks because they are ridiculous. For anyone looking to find a bank to go to do not choose FNB. As they are a rude and disrespectful company.
