- DWDraco WrldNov 21, 20251.0They are horrible I went in yesterday afternoon to open a savings account and one of the ladies ask for my forms of id I gave her my driver’s license, social security card, and birth certificate the lady went to scan my ids after she does she comes back with only my social security card and birth certificate and no license I asked where my drivers license is they said it was fake I said how is it fake I went on PENNDOT to get a duplicate and I have the emailed receipts from PENNDOT she than says we scanned it and when we did it was fake so I left. The next morning I called to speak with a supervisor and was told there was not one available I explained to him everything that happened and I told him if I don’t get my drivers license I’m gonna report it stolen after that he hung up not even 1 minute after hanging up I get a call from the manager at PNC stating I can come for my drivers license it’s not fake. Whatever you do don’t go to PNC bank they are frauds.
