  This place says they’re open till, they’re not. My sister got there at quarter till to simply add me to one of her checking accounts. I was following behind. She walks in to find the lights out and the woman said can’t help her cuz it was 10 till. If you’re going to be open until 5:00 then you need to be open until then. We didn’t want a mortgage, just to add my name to an existing account. Ridiculous.

  Walked in on a cloudy day and was serenaded by a teller (can't remember the tune but had to do with sunshine.). Clearly a fun vibe as the manager was sitting the teller asked me to do g with her and I obliged but the manager was like nook. It was all in good fun. Chill place and not at all full of themselves.

  One of the best FNB branches around. Definitely top three with McKnight & Grant St downtown. People are wonderful & kind. If you work with them, they’ll work with you! Tellers always remember my name & ask about my life. Efficient at their jobs! Asst Manager Logan is an asset! Very polite, courteous, and patient. Go see him for any loans you may need! Branch is an older branch, but it’s well maintained and has the community bank feel. ATM recently updated but still needs a sun visor for when the sun is behind or directly above the customer using the machine because the screen is barely legible on a sunny day! Then again, many atms have this flaw. Drive thru and Saturday hours available here!

  They shouldnt even get the rating poor to fair. These people are total ripoffs and only care about lining their pockets with your hard earned money. Only put your money with them if you want to lose it!
