- JSjustin smithMar 4, 20251.0Reported my card as lost/stolen last year they gave me a new card and never closed the old one. I just found out today when I got a new card in the mail with the exact same numbers as my old lost one. Customer service said the local branch never turned the old card off or reported it lost/stolen. Absolutely ridiculous.

My father is elderly and this branch gave me incorrect information about the fraud that occurred on my father's account therefore PNC cooperate got involved and refused to help in anyway after my father, residing in a personal care home had a employee steal over 20 k from his account. DO not do your banking here. Corporate was horrible to deal with. I do NOT recommend the bank.

Shelly and the young blonde with glasses (wish I knew her name) behind the counter are so professional it makes me enjoy walking in there time to time!
