- PHPatrick HickleAug 10, 20261.0If I could give zero stars I would I first started to sit down with Lisa (the “assistant branch manager”) if she even deserves the title in April about a home equity, we’ll go figure she was to eager about her vacation and screwed up my equity. Cool we’re human we make mistakes! She swore to me up and down that she fixed it the second time, we’ll go figure she didn’t, then the branch manager took it over (Brandon, he didn’t last 3 months) and he somewhat helped but it got transferred to someone else and I personally had to follow up and see who exactly is working on it After the phone call today no one is working on it and they’re going to start it now!!!!!! 4-5 months for a home equity, your job is to be a banker! If you do decide after reading this to get a home equity (god bless your soul if you do) please don’t go to Lisa! She’ll make your life miserable

I have an IRA with them. It turned over. They sent my mail somewhere else they have my PO box on file. They waited 2 months afterwards to call me. Now I lost The interest and the interest on the interest. It was refused three times in my book. That's bad business. That was not my fault. That was bank error

Every time money is deposited or withdrawn it takes up to two days just to process compared to other banks being instant. Also customer service is awful. Had no way to help me within a charge on my account that wasn’t shown! Lost money with them and will be switching banks very soon!
