I have been in this Branch when I was the only customer in the Branch with nobody helping me and meanwhile, there were 4 PNC employees sitting around their offices or cubicles. Moreover, I have also been in this Branch with a line of 5 customers and guess what? 1 Teller was available and 3 other PNC employees were in their Cubicles with no customers. What did I do? After seeing this PNC operation, I went next door to The Citadel Credit Union Bank. OMG. The people at the Citadel Bank were jumping out of their chairs to help every customer who came through the door. I was absolutely shocked. Guess what I did?
