- KKkaden klineJan 15, 20221.0Horrible experience I haven't even got a chance to completely bank with them and they set me up an online account so I wouldn't have to pay for monthly statements. While I had gotten online to set my account up by filling out my personal info the app and website both stated It was an unauthorized login and eventually left me logged out of my account completely. That being said I have been on vacation just got back after about 2 weeks and they mailed me statements leaving me with -120 dollars in my account. Yet called them yesterday saying I would be in to talk with them and asked till then if they could lock my account so I wouldn't be overdrafted more knowing that it is a holiday weekend for banks but nope this morning I had gotten yet another overdraft fee this bank is very unprofessional!
