- THTyler HagerupMay 11, 20261.0This would be 0 stars if possible. Long story short, I believe that I was likely targeted by predatory towing/illegal towing. I have submitted a crime form to the State College police after about a month of trying to resolve the dispute with the bank. I believe about 5 state laws were violated and FNB did not give an explanation/address any of my concerns and has stated throughout the process that I am in the wrong with no explanation. This was despite multiple emails, phone calls, and an in-person visit. I hope that the State College police will help. If they are unable, next step is small claims and more social media posts. I even talked to College Township, and they advised me to contact the police or file a small claims court. Yet another case of a giant corporation trying to take advantage of a little guy. Sad and disgusting.
