- MBMeghan BarnettJun 30, 20261.0This bank is horrible. I was lied to while opening my account. I was given an official letter from the bank stating when my funds would be available. When the day came I had no money. When I went to the branch to find out where my money was I was told I would not have any money for another 15 days. That’s 18 days to cash a check. I would have never opened the account had I been told the truth from the beginning. Now the bank manager won’t even return my call or speak to me about the issue. I called to speak to the manager and was put on hold for a long period of time because they are avoiding speaking to me about the issue. This is a horrible bank and I don’t know how they are still in business.
