  I called last week asking for CD rates and money market rates as I'm going to be receiving a large sum of money in the next month or so. The rep says she can't assist but will have someone call me. Apparently she told the Clark's summit office that I'm interested in investing this money when I specifically told her I was looking for a conservative cd. The complete opposite of what I told her. When i asked who handles the CDs and money market rates and how I can speak with them, he tells me the bank should have been able to provide that info to me. I called back no answer. Call the viewmont bank, no answer. I called the downtown branch, and I was told the rates. Had I been told a week ago, I wouldn't have even bothered with PNC because they were literally half the competition. This branch does not listen to their customers needs. Upsells unnecessarily to the point where it wastes the customers time and causes inconvenience. When you call to clarify they don't answer their phones. If you absolutely need to deal with them, deal with a manager directly. Their staff line level tellers are simply incompetent.

  There is not teller there and you will not find an answer with the manager.

  It's a full service bank with good crew inside. Outside are several modern ATMs both walk and drive up. There's a drive through service with a real teller as well. Good location, easy in and out off Main street, ample parking.

  The whole team is there to help, It’s rare thing these days to discover a bank that genuinely cares about the people it serves and PNC is that kind of bank. As soon as I walked in I was shown kindness, respect, and a friendly smile. Christine represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make a decision to open a checking account with PNC bank. I can’t recommend them enough for all your banking needs – you won’t be disappointed! Christine is the best 👍 Keep up the great work!
