    They suck. Been there for years and they wouldn't cash a check for me from a friend that I knew wouldn't bounce and they wouldn't cash it. Now considering another bank.

    This is the absolute worst bank in the history of banks. Seriously find a different bank, there is plenty of other great banks and it’s not this one.

    Does PNC bank have a policy that phones are to not be answered 15 minutes before closing? Is that because it might create an imposition on an employee? I called three times starting about 4:46pm. Your customer care is highly uncaring.
