  I was there today with my aunt to close a checking account there because we no longer needed that account. I wasn't too happy with Mina there because he seemed like he didn't want to do his job. He told us at first when we came in that we had to take the money out of the checking account first and then we had to come back in tomorrow to close our checking account. When we got to the front to get the remainder of the money in our checking account, the front desk lady there told us we could close our account today. So Mina took us into his office and he was still rude to my aunt and I. He told us when we looked into our account that we had a one dollar negative balance in our account, my aunt and I were confused because we recently got a bank statement about some money still in our account. They failed to inform us that they take 2 dollars extra from our account to send out paper statements to our address. Mina went to another employee to explain the situation and he came back and told us we could put that one dollar in the account and then we could call the costumer service number tomorrow to fully close our bank account. So my aunt and I did that and I felt like the employees there were rude to us after they found out we wanted to close our checking account. I do not recommend PNC banking to anyone, I am not happy to how my aunt and I were treated today at all!

  I came in literally last minute for a cashiers check. Instead of being rushed, Xavier opened the door for me and was very helpful and accommodating while I waited for the teller, Devi. Once I got to Devi, she was more than willing to help me out despite it already being past close. Thoroughly impressed by their customer service and smile through helping me.

  It was so pleasant and refreshing getting to work with the authentic professionalism of Mr. Campbell. I needed something simple, but I greatly appreciated the sincere demeanor, personability, and courtesy he provided while helping me. A big thank you for all his assistance today.

  Every location I've been to has been slow to the point that I have been to 2 different locations on 2 separate occasions and still have not been able to get a bank card. Thinking I'm going to to have to close this account and find somewhere that can actually assist me with my banking needs!
