No one seemed frustrated of my last minute entrance and all the staff were friendly with smiles. I previously went to two other places (one of them another PNC branch at a different location) and no one knew how to process my specific transaction. Thank you to all the Pottstown PNC employees who helped to assist me! Sometimes a smile and nice attitude can lift someone's spirits 😊
