- JNJim NFeb 1, 20261.0PNC in my 40 years of banking is one of the WORST banks I have ever dealt with. Their automated voice banking is an absolute joke! If one of the prompts does not identify the reason you are calling I cannot get a hold of a real person by pressing “0”! PNC needs to address this Problem!!! I have been dealing with Key Bank for over 30 years and have ALWAYS been able to get a hold of a Key Bank representative within 5 minutes PNC’s hold time is excessive !!!! 15 minutes or longer. Also I noticed a number of the representatives sitting around At this bank PNC Southland Pittsburgh doing NOTHING in their cubicles! Take your money elsewhere. Now I can see why this bank has a 2.9 review rating !!!
