- MAMichelle AllenSep 22, 20262.0So , i give one star for i got done what i needed done . The second star was for the orange pen . At the end of my transaction I asked do I get a balance slip ? She said " No it's not like the mac machine where you get a receipt with your balance, because they expect you to know your balance through the mobile app " ...........( well d*mm , excuse me ) . She said it so unpleasant. She did print it out but it was ignorant to end the experience.

My solution was to withdraw money. They couldn't help me with that apparently. What in the hell are you thinking PNC? This is an extremely dumb idea. This should not be a thing. Every Branch that's a brick and mortar location should have at least one teller where I can withdraw money.

- RTRogue TripDec 6, 20181.0If there are security concerns about a ten-year customer withdrawing money, PNC should find a way to address it that doesn't involve asking them to publicly divulge their deposit amounts, names and relationships on deposited checks, previous addresses, or purpose for withdrawl... all while standing in line with a bunch of strangers. That's pretty far from secure.
