    So if you need to actually withdraw money this place isn't for you. Went to withdraw cash ($1800) and was told it's a "Solutions Center". My solution was to withdraw money. They couldn't help me with that apparently. What in the hell are you thinking PNC? This is an extremely dumb idea. This should not be a thing. Every Branch that's a brick and mortar location should have at least one teller where I can withdraw money.

    Terrible service. Expect to wait an hour or two for simple service. Almost transferred bank accounts

    The customer service here is horrible. I waited for 30 minutes to speak with a personal banker, and there were 3 of them just walking around and sitting at their desks. There is a lack of attention and assistance for customers here.
