The people seem friendly when you're in the branch, but if no one ever answers the phone, the only way I can get an answer to a simple question is to physically walk in the door. That's a terrible customer experience and I'm very disappointed in the people working in this branch.

The bank is surrounded with litter both in its parking space and in the front of its building. I am appalled!
