I had a very disappointing experience at PNC Bank today. I was treated poorly, and the staff did not seem knowledgeable or willing to resolve a simple issue. The interaction felt biased and unprofessional, which made the experience even more frustrating. After being a loyal customer for many years, today’s experience convinced me to close my account and move my banking elsewhere. I expected much better customer service and professionalism.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, right from account opening to card services, things get done pretty quickly here. Not very far from the CMU campus as well.

I received a call from customer service, and the person suggested that I solve my card's problem at a local branch. However, she didn't tell me that I have to make an appointment before I go. When I arrived at the branch, one of their employees used an unprofessional voice and said "You have to make an appointment before coming. There's no banker available now." I decided to wait since I needed the issue resolved. A couple minutes later, Jalisa Freeman helped me out. She was very friendly and solved my issue quickly and efficiently. Thanks!
